As rental housing continues to evolve, we have seen increasing demand from investors and property owners seeking a more hands-on, boutique management approach for their single-family assets. In response, Quartr Living has made a strategic investment in this growing segment by bringing on a dedicated Single-Family Asset Manager and industry specialist, Cari Darcus.


Cari brings extensive experience in single-family rental operations, owner relations, leasing strategy, and portfolio management. Since joining the team, she has been hard at work onboarding a growing portfolio of single-family homes and developing specialized processes designed specifically for the unique needs of single-family investors.
