Samantha brings over two decades of experience to the multi-family real estate industry, having started her career in Kansas City before expanding her horizons with a decade in the mid-Atlantic region. She has held pivotal leadership positions with industry giants such as Greystar, Alliance, and Avenue5, showcasing her ability to produce results, implement strategic initiatives, and lead teams effectively. Her expertise spans owner-managed properties and institutional clients, and she excels in managing lease-up communities, executing value-add strategies, and spearheading property repositioning initiatives. In 2019, Samantha strategically relocated to Phoenix, further broadening her geographic reach and embracing fresh opportunities in this vibrant market.

Samantha’s unwavering commitment to excellence, paired with her passion for the multi-family real estate sector, have consistently propelled her to success. Her track record speaks to her capability to create value and achieve results in a fiercely competitive and ever-evolving industry. Megan Jacobson has carved out a distinguished career spanning over 15 years in the multi-family property management industry, with a strong focus on the Phoenix market, where she has earned a reputation as a local expert. Her professional journey includes management positions at well-established companies such as Alliance Residential, Avenue5 Residential, and Greystar, which have provided her with invaluable experience and knowledge in the field. Megan’s expertise extends beyond property management and includes her previous roles, where she excelled in developing policies and procedures, overseeing various new construction projects, value-add projects, and working with Build-to-Rent (BTR) communities.

Furthermore, Megan has contributed to career development by coaching and mentoring associates, offering strategic career development goals. Her commitment to transparency and effective communication, coupled with her multifaceted experience, underscores her significant value in the real estate industry. While her most recent role was in Asset Management with Zendoor, her extensive background in property management and diverse skill set align seamlessly with Quartr Living’s core principles.

Megan also holds an Arizona Department of Real Estate Salespersons license.

Portfolio Director

Milena is a seasoned multifamily professional with over two decades of experience in the Phoenix real estate market. Her career spans a wide range of operational and leadership roles, including pivotal positions with respected regional firms such as Heers Management and Zendoor. Throughout her tenure, Milena has developed a strong reputation for driving performance, mentoring teams, and delivering consistent results across stabilized, lease-up, and value-add communities.

In her current role as Senior Asset Manager with Quartr Living, Milena leads the operational strategy for a growing portfolio across the Valley. She works closely with ownership groups and on-site teams to maximize asset value, overseeing everything from financial performance and capital planning to marketing strategy and resident satisfaction. Her hands-on approach and deep market knowledge enable her to identify opportunities, solve challenges proactively, and enhance NOI across all asset types.

Milena’s leadership is grounded in accountability, transparency, and a relentless commitment to excellence. She remains passionate about elevating operations and building strong, results-driven teams in the ever-evolving multifamily landscape.

Milena also holds an Arizona Department of Real Estate Salespersons license.

Portfolio Manager

Amber brings over 20 years of multifamily industry experience to her role as Portfolio Manager. She spent 12 years with Alliance Residential Company and continued with Greystar through their transition, gaining deep expertise in both lease-up and stabilized assets. Amber has successfully managed a wide range of property types, including value-add communities undergoing extensive renovation programs.

Her diverse background also includes working on the ownership side with TruAmerica Multifamily, where she oversaw assets across the Arizona and Florida markets. 

Known for her ability to adapt to evolving market conditions, Amber consistently delivers results that surpass expectations. Her dedication to excellence and extensive industry knowledge make her an invaluable addition to any real estate venture.
