We’re excited to welcome Villas on Baseline, a brand-new townhome community coming soon to Mesa, Arizona, to the QL Property Management portfolio. Located at 1820 E Baseline Road, Mesa, AZ 85204, this thoughtfully designed community will feature just 27 residences, offering a more private, residential-style living experience with the convenience of professional property management.

Currently under construction and anticipated to welcome residents between October and November 2026, Villas on Baseline will offer spacious three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom townhomes designed with everyday comfort and functionality in mind.
